Arne Jacobsen Dikesren wallpaper

In Arne Jacobsen's wallpaper Dikesrän, cow parsley, forget-me-nots, and other bright flowers from the roadsides stand out against a lush green background where you can also see cattails and ferns. The original pattern was designed for textiles, but in collaboration with Arne Jacobsen's family, we have now carefully transferred it to wallpaper. The lush Dikesrän wallpaper has been printed using traditional glue printing techniques as a matte green version—just as natural and homely as Arne Jacobsen's original design for NK's textile chamber from 1944. The patterned surface of the wallpaper gives the room rhythm and life, but the overall look remains controlled. The pattern also helps make the wall surface interesting for long-term use.

You can use the wallpaper as an accent wall or on a larger surface depending on the striking appearance you want to create. Calming color tones around it highlight the pattern in a balanced way.

The non-woven wallpaper is applied using the paste-the-wall method, making the work clearer and easier to handle. Lightfastness and washability support a clean and long-lasting result.
