The design was inspired by dress fabrics from the 18th and 19th centuries. The flowers were drawn with a calligraphy nib and liquid ink, giving the lines a lively, authentic character.

Produced using traditional glue printing, Désirée creates a calm whole in both small and large rooms. It is available in four colourways.
